In the past three years, she has set up blogs for many of her clients. Included in her services is teaching her clients how to maintain their blog. When they can't sit side by side to work on their blogs, they email or use the telephone to clarify technical issues. She also posts instructions for them on her blogs and use blog posts for other instructional opportunities such as knitting. Katherine maintains four personal blogs, three on wordpress and one on Google's blogger (blogspot). Her background in dream study includes a year of training to become a lay dream teacher under Monteque Ullman, former head of the Maimonides Dream Laboratory in Brooklyn, New York; several years of workshop participation at Jungian centers in New York City, Houston and Austin; two years of participation in a study group dedicated to reading the collected works of Carl Jung, led by Jungian analyst Charles Dominey; workshop participation in Dream Tending, led by Stephen Aizenstat, Ph.D. and president of Pacifica Institute; and workshop participation in a dream seminar led by Jeremy Taylor in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Currently teaching: Nighttime Illuminations Amber Starfire is Publisher & Editor of Writing Through Life and The Writer's Eye Magazine, a freelance editor, writer, & photographer. She earned her Masters degree at Stanford University and has taught at community colleges and businesses for twenty years.
