You can pay online (electronic funds transfer or credit card) or by check. Payment information can be found on the next page, after you submit the form.

Paying by check? If so, please send it as soon as possible. Registrations are limited, and in some cases, instructor permission is required. Your registration is complete ONLY when we have received your payment in our office and the instructor has given her permission (if necessary). We will confirm receipt of your payment by email.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

  • Before the mentorship begins: We will refund your enrollment fee, less a $20 cancellation charge, if you request it before the mentorship begins.
  • After the mentorship has begun: If you must cancel your mentorship after it has begun, your fee for the uncompleted sessions will be refunded, less $30. In order to cancel, you MUST 1) email your mentor that you wish to cancel, stating your reason; then 2) that you wish to cancel, stating your reason and requesting a refund. Refunds will not be made without these timely requests.
  • If your mentor must cancel, your fee for the uncompleted sessions will be fully refunded.
