Class Title: Gratitude Journaling: Being Thankful for Everyday Gifts
Instructor: Tina Games
Class Term: March 26-April 23, 2012 enroll in this class
Synopsis
A gratitude journal can be instrumental in creating a more positive way of thinking. It can help you appreciate small pleasures and support you in graciously accepting the many wonderful (and even the not-so-wonderful) things, people, and events in your life. In this four-unit class, we'll explore the many benefits of keeping a gratitude journal and begin a daily practice of recording the many gifts, large and small, good and not-so-good, that we receive each day. As Wayne Dyer says, "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."
Class Description
This course begins with a special report on the many benefits of gratitude journaling, followed by 21 days of journaling prompts. The course materials will be delivered via e-mail and all course dialogue will take place in our online classroom (a Yahoo Group devoted to this class)
