Synopsis

You're a woman, but who are you really? In this class, we will embark on an eight-week journey of self-discovery through journaling, one that leads toward a life of creative fulfillment.

The moon can bring great comfort to women during challenging periods in their lives, particularly during times when they've felt a loss of personal identity. Life can bring much joy; it can also bring anxiety, depression and confusion.

Working with the phases of the moon as a source of transformation, women who are facing major life transitions or who may be challenged by the loss of personal identity are gently guided on a path of self-discovery. With a variety of creative methods, including journaling and visual collage techniques, this workshop encourage personal reflection with many opportunities to answer the question, "I'm a woman—but who am I really?" In a safe and nurturing virtual environment, women will travel on a spiritual, moonlit path toward a life of creative fulfillment. At the close of the eight-week circle, each woman will have discovered her "full moon"—a spiritual place where she can make a connection with her authentic self.
