Synopsis

In this gentle and supportive workshop, you will create a cohesive framework for your life's story by utilizing the unique tool of Life Books.

Class Description

This five-week course integrates journal writing and mixed media (photos, collage, etc.) You'll be encouraged to create clarity in your lifestory, gain self-awareness, and tap into your creativity. You will create your own life book and learn journal writing tools for future use. The class will begin with a conference call and work via a Yahoo group for the weekly posting of exercises and responses. The class will wrap up with a conference call. You will need a book to collect and organize your material; a three-ring binder works well for this.
