Class Description

Most of us have words that were never spoken, things that were never said for one reason or another. We worried about rejection, we couldn't find the words, it didn't seem important at the time, no one was there to listen, we felt ashamed, we feared beginning and not finding an end, we thought we were to blame, others might not love us if they knew, we didn't think anybody cared to hear, the reasons are many. Often these "untold" pieces of our lives end up smothering our voices. In this workhsop you will discover where you were silenced and you will be encouraged to move through these experiences to reclaim your voice. You will explore different ways of expressing what you could never say and discover your own unique voice through journal writing, mandalas, poetry, letter writing, art, collage and dialogue.

This six week workshop is being offered in consecutive three-week segments. Students may register for just the first three weeks, then may choose to register for the second three weeks.

I will deliver my lessons through the Yahoo group and respond to the participants emails and lessons through the Yahoo group as well. I respond to every email, everyday.
